TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Enterprise Standards: The Services provided on this Website are designed primarily for established businesses, leadership teams, corporate executives, B2B organizations, professional founders, and business owners seeking structured marketing and growth guidance.

1.2 Right of Refusal: Design Image Digital reserves the absolute right to vet, screen, accept, or decline any strategic consultation, advisory engagement, or retainer application at its sole discretion. If an application is declined by the Advisor before the commencement of the corresponding Service, any fees collected for that specific booking will be refunded in full within standard banking processing timelines.

2.1 Advisory Sessions and Consultations: Fees for all Introductory Strategy Calls, Executive Growth Strategy Sessions, and other structured advisory engagements must be paid in full in advance through the designated payment gateway in order to secure a calendar reservation.

2.2 Strategic Advisor Retainers: Long-term advisory relationships, custom consulting engagements, and executive retainers are secured through formal corporate invoicing upon mutual agreement. Services will not commence, and calendar availability will not be reserved, until the corresponding invoice has been paid in full.

4.1 Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request to reschedule a booked consultation by providing at least forty-eight (48) hours written notice. Rescheduling requests submitted with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice may be declined at the sole discretion of Design Image Digital.

4.2 Failure to Attend: Failure to attend a scheduled session, failure to join within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time, or failure to provide required information prior to the session may be treated as a completed session. No refunds or credits shall be issued for missed sessions.

4.3 Advisor Rescheduling: Design Image Digital reserves the right to reschedule any session due to illness, emergencies, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, an alternative session date will be offered.

5.1 Delivery Constraints: Design Image Digital operates on scheduled advisory blocks and strategic consulting engagements. The Advisor acts as an independent strategic partner and advisor and shall not be considered an employee, contractor, or internal team member of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unscheduled meetings, emergency requests, or additional support outside the agreed scope are not included unless specifically outlined in a separate written agreement.

5.2 Proprietary Intellectual Property: All methodologies, systems, digital workflows, assessment frameworks, templates, presentations, growth blueprints, and proprietary materials developed, shared, or deployed by Design Image Digital or Julius Po remain the exclusive intellectual property of Design Image Digital.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to utilize such materials solely within their own internal business operations. Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, public distribution, reproduction, or external sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

All recommendations, strategies, and advisory guidance provided by Design Image Digital are advisory in nature. The implementation, execution, management, and operational deployment of any recommendations remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, advisory engagements do not include implementation services, campaign management, technical execution, or operational support.

7.1 No Guarantees: Business growth, marketing performance, and strategic initiatives inherently involve commercial risks. While Design Image Digital leverages extensive business and marketing experience, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Revenue growth
• Lead generation volume
• Sales performance
• Return on investment (ROI)
• Market share increases
• Business outcomes of any kind

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Image Digital, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and Julius Po shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or Services. Total liability for any claim, dispute, or cause of action shall be strictly limited to the exact amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
